Shipping Policy

At Hudabeautytopsale, we are committed to delivering your beauty essentials to you as efficiently and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and important information you need to know.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Friday or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders.

Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6 to 12 business days to most destinations.

Please Note: "Business days" exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and local public holidays in the destination country. The total delivery time is calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the day it is placed.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number (where available) and a link to track your package.
  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate after you receive the confirmation email.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you will be able to see if we deliver to your location. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. A refund for the returned items (minus any original shipping costs or return processing fees) will only be issued upon request if the customer chooses not to reship.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by the destination country upon arrival.
  • These charges are determined by your local government and are not controlled by Hudabeautytopsale. We cannot predict or advise on the amount, nor can we mark packages as "gifts" to avoid these fees.

7. Delivery Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we provide estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs inspections, weather events, natural disasters, carrier delays, or local postal service issues.
  • If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., more than 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.
