Refund Policy

At Hudabeautytopsale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 days from the date you received the item.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and protective wrappings intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Opened makeup products (lipsticks, mascara, foundation, eyeshadow palettes, etc.)
  • Opened skincare products (creams, serums, toners, etc.)
  • Used beauty tools (brushes, applicators, etc.)
  • Opened fragrance products
  • Any product that has been used, tested, or damaged after delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RMA).

  • Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Step 2: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and free gifts (if applicable). Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 3: Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship the package to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
  • Approval: If approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If you wish to exchange for a different color or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label (if needed) and send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

6. Final Sale Items

Any items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance promotion are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective.
